National Miniature Register. Inc

Promoting the Mini Horse & Pony

Report from President

It has been brought to the attention of the Committee that some of our NMR Inc members have been airing their grievances against other members on PUBLIC FORUMS. This is to let members know that the Society has every right to reprimand, expel, or suspend a member/s in accordance with our rules if their conduct downs the NMR Inc and any of our members.

Page 2 of our constitution states the following: Membership is open to all persons who agree to abide by the Consitution and Rules of the National Miniature Register Inc.

Page 4 of our constitution states the following: The Expulsion of a Member- If the Committee decides that a member should be expelled from the membership because of his/her conduct or actions being detrimental to the interest of and the reputation of the Register the Committee shall inform by letter to the member section (B) particulars of the action or conduct that in-sighted the expulsion.

If at any time a member has a grievance concerning another member or a members horse or pony don't air it in a public forum, as this only adds fuel to fire and does not solve the problem it only intensifies it.

Do the right thing and put it in writing so your Committee can look into the matter for you.

President NMR Inc. Eric Regan
