This posting is to say that I Sharone Sullivan of Casuarina have taken possession of a mini horse colt on the 16th April 2009 from Curtis Lane Pinjarra. The colt is a Silver Taffy born 30th November 2007. He is by Woodbridge Yothu Yindi out of Corrective Edging and was bred by Janet Roe of Beverley and sold to Alice Parker of Waroona. Alice Parker gave the colt to me verbally on the 16th April 2009 at 7.30pm.
The colt had been left on the property at Pinjarra by Alice Parker and agistment had not been paid for 12 weeks totaling $360, this outstanding agistment to date has not been paid. The colt kept getting on the road and the owners of the property were concerned for his safety.
I have since gelded and mico chipped him and he will be registered with NMR, and I intend to show him.
If Alice Parker wishes to reclaim the mini I am willing to go to the RSPCA, court and my vet to keep possession of this mini. If I do lose on a court battle (if worse comes to worse) then all money is to be paid with regards to outstanding agistment at Pinjarra, outstanding agistment with myself as well as being reimbursed for gelding, micro chipping, vet bills etc.
